Rakia is a family-owned specialty coffee shop in Jacksonville, Florida, with a focus on specialty coffee, matcha, tea, and pastries made in house.
We wanted to create a space where you can slow down, enjoy our house-made creations, and stay awhile.
How we think about flavor
We focus on ingredients we genuinely enjoy working with - thoughtfully sourced coffee, first harvest Uji matcha, Okinawan black sugar, real milk chocolate, loose leaf teas, and house-made syrups.
Our signature drinks are developed around flavor combinations that feel distinctive without being complicated. Orange blossom and cardamom, black sesame and kokuto, strawberry and sumac - each one is designed to feel balanced, considered, and recognizable as Rakia.
Our baked goods are made in house in a small, focused selection that changes with the season. From Basque cheesecake and almond bostock to weekend olive oil cake, the goal is simple: make a few things well and serve them fresh.
